More than 4 million visitors are expected to travel to the Dallas–Fort Worth area for world-class soccer events, creating an incredible
opportunity to showcase the energy, diversity, and hospitality of our community. As fans come together to celebrate, we also have a shared responsibility to make sure everyone gets home safely.
Play It Safe is a community campaign that encourages smart, responsible decision-making before, during, and after the match. The campaign promotes key harm reduction strategies, including:
A key part of this effort is Naloxone Saves, an initiative that provides education and practical resources to help people respond to an opioid or fentanyl overdose. The campaign also distributes Naloxone First Aid Kits equipped with naloxone, basic first aid supplies, cooling towels, and other essential safety items that can make a difference during an emergency.
